We were asked if we’d like to take part in a post celebrating friendship with Baby Annabell, of course we said yes! Little Lady loves her Baby Annabell and Baby Born dolls so she was very excited to receive this one which is the nicest doll we’ve played with so far!
Baby Annabell comes with:
- Bottle
- Dummy
- Bib
- Nappy
- Pendant
Just look at that cute little face! Her ‘skin’ seems a lot softer than most of the dolls we have too which is lovely if your children like to take their dolls to bed.
She is wearing a pink baby grow with the Baby Annabell sheep emblem on the front.
Her babygrow opens at the back to access the battery compartment. Once 3 X AA batteries (not included) are inserted via the back Baby Annabell can babble, gurgle, suck her bottle or dummy with real sounds and mouth movement , cry real tears, burp, yawn and fall asleep. Great for friends role playing as Mummy or Daddy.
When she has her dummy in she makes the cutest little sucking noises. Also, eyelash jealousy or what? She takes water from her bottle (only water must be used) and can then wee by having the button on her tummy pressed. She can be comforted or burped by patting her back and will make lots of cute noises including breathing as though aasleep.
We also received some friendship bracelets and a card to celebrate friendship. Sadly Little Lady’s real best friend couln’t be here so we opted for the next best thing – Mummy!
Here we are having some fun with Baby Annabell or ‘Rosie’ as she’s now called. I’d like to think that over the years Little Lady will remain friends and I will be someone she can always come to when she’s feeling happy or sad. We were concerned when she first started school and Little Lady and her best friend were very reliant on one another but they have now allowed other friends into their little peer group so have other people to play with.
I feel having friends as you grow up is very important as is having them as an adult, I had a lovely group of friends when I was growing up and was glad to have them, it helped me to form relationships with others and treat people with respect.
*we were gifted the items for the purpose of this post however all opinions remain honest and my own*
